do i need the install cd for the sapphire trx 5600 xt i bought yesterday it was not in package

@xirkses929 - Why would you? You can go online and download the latest drivers. Quick and easy.

C0v3rt_X is right on here. More to that point, if you get a disc with a GPU, don't ever use it. It'll be months out of date, at least. Start with the latest version. It'll install as a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and you will have video to be able to update the driver.
