Laptop Repair - MSI GS63

I have an MSI GS63 Stealth VR and the laptop has a built in battery. The laptop works fine except for when I take it off the AC adapter to run on battery, I get very limited to almost no battery life. It usually lasts about anywhere from 30 - 40 minutes when it used to last over 2 hours and 20 minutes. The question is can Micro Center repair the battery? And if so how much would it cost? And how would I set up the repairs? I have been attempting to contact my local store (Tustin) and haven't been able to get through.

We are able to do battery repairs on laptops. For MSI laptops specifically, it needs to have been purchased from us originally. If it wasn't, you'll need to contact MSI. If it was, internal battery repairs are $49.99 for labor, not including the cost of the new battery itself. If it's still under warranty, it should be covered by that.
