Headset return
I bought a headset about a week ago from the Parkville MD store and am unsatisfied with it. I would like to exchange it for a different one, but the COVID19 return policy does not allow for returning headsets.
Will the return window be extended? Can I still return the headset now anyway? I feel like they could just accept the return and hold it for 10+ days just like any other item.

As of right now, we cannot accept returns for those items or make exceptions on that. We don't have anything official on extensions yet. My assumption is we will likely allow extended returns, however I can't promise anything on that front until we get an official policy in place.
