Store credit instead of refund.

Could you just give me store credit instead of a refund to my credit card? The store has already received the money and the refund is nowhere in sight and I'm afraid that it might be too late when it does arrive since I have reserved a laptop.

We are able to do refunds as store credit if you'd like to go that route, but could you give me a little more detail on the exact situation? It sounds like you're waiting for a refund to post for something you returned.

Yes. I bought a laptop that I returned the very next day. I used a credit card for the purchase. Was hoping that it would be in my bank within a couple of days but it hasn't even shown up on my account yet and I later released that it takes about 7 days at least to process through. I was wondering if there's any way to reverse that refund and just give me store credit instead so I could buy a laptop ASAP since it is the last one at this store. I put the laptop on the reservation that ends tomorrow.
