Order Cancelled with no notification or refund?!
My order for a mobo was cancelled. I received no notification and have not received a refund. What gives? This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried calling their customer service line and I get hing up on every time. Can I get some kind of help?

I was able to locate the order with your email address, the reason the order was cancelled was because we ran out of stock on the item.
Because the item was never shipped no charges were actually withdrawn from your credit card, what you are seeing is an authorization hold which should fall off soon. -
