Diagnostics on Custom Builds
Hey all. Silly question but does Micro Center run diagnostics and repairs on custom builds that they didn’t build? I built my own PC on my own and am having an issue with it sometimes and wanted to see what exactly the problem is.

Greetings, thank you for contacting Micro Center. Yes we are able to look at computers like that for repairs at our stores. An appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx
Otherwise please visit the store with the computer and charger/power cable for assistance, store hours are 10am until 7pm, in NY/NJ our stores are open 11am to 7pm.
