I am looking to build a gaming computer for running Fortnite and possibly twitch, any suggestions for pre-made or parts for under $700? (excluding monitor)

Hello @Jaiden_Larson1311! Welcome to the Community. 

For a pre-made option, my suggestion would be the Powerspec B677, then installing a GTX 1650 Super. This would probably be the most-cost effective option, because with a custom build you have to factor in the cost of Windows. 

If you want to do a custom build, a configuration like this would be my reccomendation:

Just keep in mind that's NOT including the cost of Windows in the custom build, which is another $140. You can make a Windows 10 installation disk with a tool on Microsoft's website and install it without a key, however you'll be using it unlicensed in that case.
