Are you guys still building systems in Cambridge MA

Have placed a reservation and needed to know if there are still system builders available to help in the build using the parts. I do have an active reservation placed but am unable to keep in touch with the store or chat to understand if it is indeed open for business or what is to be going on further to process the reservation?
