Custom build wait time?

Hi I was in your Westmont IL branch last Friday and normally the service to build a custom pc is said to be same/one day. With the current times I understand that there’s an obvious delay and I was sort of just wondering when my build will be ready. I purchased two custom built desktops one for $2500~ and one for $4200~ and i have yet to get a confirmation email when I was told I would receive one and I’m relatively far from the location and would like to skip a wasted trip if possible. Is there any way in finding out when they will be ready? Calls are down it seems as it is just answered by an automated voicemail indicating whether or not the store is currently full or not. Thanks!

And no reply?  Crazy  I called Mayfield OH store same thing.  If nobody can talk to you about a major purchase what happens if you have a problem??   I am concerned that they don't have the staff required.

If you can private message me your information, I can try looking up the service notes to see if I can find out the status, and if not I can pass a message to the service desk for you so they can reach out when they have the opportunity.

Can you give me a little more detail on what you were trying to contact the store for?
