Camera for HP Monitor 27er and Old desktop

Our HP Monitor 27er does not have a camera. Do you sell cameras to put on the monitor and if so, how much? 
Also, we are interested in purchasing your Dell Optiplex 3070. Can you take the solid state our of our current desktop ;and place in new Dell Optiplex 3070? Also download and transfer photos on the old desktop. 
Do we need to make an appointment?

We do offer data transfer and could pull out the hard drive from the old desktop if you would like us to.
