Purchased (new) Monitor and was sold an open box or used one
The title pretty much is what is going on. Yesterday I purchased an $800 monitor, was supposed to be new. I get home and while unboxing it, something just seemed a little off.... and after plugging it in and not having to install anything i viewed the logs for the monitor and someone had it 2 weeks or so ago I am assuming and returned it. The thing that really sucks is that is about a 5 hour round trip for me. I sent them an email, been holding for CS forever I guess just wait for a response?

Hello @BlazinAmazin! I looked up the purchase with your email address, and it appears you sent us a text message regarding this as well. Did you still need assistance?
