can't get status on a repair
I brought my laptop to the Brooklyn store last Saturday (5/30/20). Over the past few days I've tried several ways to get its updated status ( via website, technician, manager, customer service). Best answer I've gotten is that MicroCenter will let me know within three days. Three days, plus the six that have already passed. Is there a quicker way?
