Hello @Lauren526Clune! Welcome to the Community.
We are an Apple authorized service provider, however I'm honestly not sure if that's a fix we'd be able to do. The serial number you provided shows that's a Late 2013 Macbook Pro, which means it's about 7 years old. Apple considers products 5-7 years old as "vintage" and whether they have parts available or not can vary. If you're not too far from the store you can always bring it in, otherwise if you can private message me your contact information as well as your nearest local store, I can get your information to the repair desk there to see if they might know.
