Replacing Ram in Toshiba S855-S5378

The picture represents my RAM in my Toshiba S855-S5378.  My understanding is I can increase my memory to 16 GB by purchasing two 8 GB slots. I would like to know what options are available at micro center to increase my RAM. Can this PC handle different MHz slots?
Also, I would like to know if microcenter buys the old RAM slots.
Current slots - Kingston 4GB 2Rx8 PC3 - 12800 S - 11 - 11 - F3

From what I can see that laptop can utilize DDR3 SO-DIMM memory. This link will give you a of DDR3 SO-DIMM memory we have available at your local store:

You'll want use RAM in both slots with the same MHz, as mis-matching them can lead to problems/instability. Unfortunately we do not purchase the old RAM.
