HP 8300 CMT not booting
Hi,
One fine day the computertcomputer would start but not boot. I swapped the mobo and power supply and there is still no video signal to the monitor. Also after about 2 mins of powering up. The fans go to max speed. I also checked the RAM modules by plugging / unplugging them into various slots.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,

I would start by POSTing a picture of the system here just to verify there aren't any obvious issues with the boards. With the fan speed going to max, does the system seem to restart quickly before this happens?
