Return Question
I bought a auros b 450m motherboard and a rysen 5 2600x as my CPU. I bought it like a month ago and just haven't had time to sent it up except this weekend. After a lot of trouble shooting and frustration I figured that it was defective and wanted to return the motherboard and the cpu. Is there any way you accept the motherboard and CPU even if I don't have the receipt and it was installed in my computer??

Hello @Joelioli! Welcome to the Community.
Motherboards and CPUs have a 15-day return period. Depending on the situation we can offer extensions. If you can private message me your contact information/the information the parts were purchased under, I can try looking it up and get your information to our managers to see if we can do an extended return.
