Coming in on a Saturday

I need to drop off a computer to have you reset the password. 1) I was told it costs $50 - is that correct? and 2) do I come to the store on Saturday or do I need to request a number, or how do I come to your store?

You don't need to request a number or anything like that, you can walk in during open hours and speak with somebody at the service desk for assistance. As for the pricing, $50 should be correct as far as I'm aware.
