Return - obtaining an RMA
I was sent the wrong computer - tomorrow it will have been 14 days. The store I purchased from is now temporarily closed, and I'm 19th in line for online chat. Is there an easier way to obtain an RMA - time is running out on me. Thanks.

Also - I don't see any information about when my store will be open (Chicago / Elston). The customer service line gives no information.

Unfortunately we still don't know when the Chicago store will be open again, keep an eye on the website for any changes or updates, and of course let us know if you have any more questions.
