Totally unresponsive repair center.
The PC repair department at the Brentwood, Missouri repair department has had my PC for 17 days for what seemed like a simple repair, is totally unresponsive, does not answer the phone. How do I get me PC back?

Could you private message me the name the computer is checked in under, as well as the phone number/contact information? I can try looking up the repair and see what the status is, and if necessary get your information passed to our service desk at the Brentwood store to have them reach out to you directly.
