PC Randomly Powering Off

Today I started experiencing an issue with my pc where it will randomly power off or restart and I am trying to troubleshoot what the issue is. I have a PowerSpec 650w PSU so I'm not sure if there is an easy way to figure this out or not but am looking for any help that I can get.

Sounds like an intermittent power interruption, the length of which is going to determine whether it restarts or just turns off. Please confirm you're seeing both. Has to be a power issue at that point. Start from the outlet and work forward. Test another outlet, another surge protector, another ATX power cord if possible. Next I would replace the Powerspec PSU, we will replace that for you in store under the warranty. Last stop would be the motherboard.
