Gta v not working after windows install

Hey guys, I reinstalled windows yesterday to have a fresh install.  Now gta v isn't working. I reinstalled the game 3 times, it was working fine before.  It keeps crashing with an error saying err_gfx_d3d_init
Ive tried the method where you edit the document and change the dx value to 0  didn't work.  My gpu is the rtx2080 super and drivers are all updated.

Have you tried older driver versions? It's possible the latest driver could have some kind of bug/glitch that makes it unstable with GTA V. 

Try installing a couple older drivers and testing again. If that doesn't do it, honestly I'd try another clean install, but re-make your installation media with the Media Creation Tool
