USB-C port conflict between power cord and portable monitor

Can I use a splitter to allow the use of my computers one USB-C port? My Lenovo E590 notebook needs to use the port for The power cord and a portable AOC monitor. Is this possible without adding a docking station? Thank you in advance!

The closest you'd get to something like that would be a USB-C hub with power delivery, like this Inland hub for example:

It's kind of like a mini-docking station in reality. This link will give you a list of all the USB-C hubs we carry, look for any that specifically list "power delivery" as an option for other options:

I need two usb-c ports. The first choice you recommend uses the usb-c port to provide a couple of regular USB ports and im still left with only one usb-c port. That doesn’t accomplish my needs, as I need Two (2) usb-c ports.

This hub has two USB-C ports. One is for charging passthrough, the other as a normal USB-C port: https://www.microcenter.com/product/508360/iogear-usb-c-4-port-hub-w--100-w-power-delivery-pass-through

@Paws83
This device should work for you: https://www.microcenter.com/product/630936/j5create-jcd375-usb-c-modular-multi-adapter-with-2-kits
It has a port labeled for USB-PD which would charge your laptop and a second USB C port which would power your portable monitor. That second port supports DP-ALT mode, which you will need on the dock or adapter for your monitor to function. Further specifications can be found here: https://en.j5create.com/products/jcd375
