Can i get a refund?

I reserved a open box B450 MSI Tomahawk. I got handed a B450 asus tuf? I exchanged the Asus after I found the tomahawk in the shelves but ended up paying the full price of 115 instead of 100 for open box. Is there anyway i can get the 15 bucks.

I was able to look up the purchase with your email address. From the way you described it it sounds like you pulled a new-in-box board of the shelf which is why you ended up getting charged full price.

I'm not seeing that we still have an open-box on the B450 Tomahawk in stock at the Dallas store, so a simple return/exchange wouldn't be an option unfortunately. A refund or discount on the amount would be up to one of the store managers. You're always welcome to come in and speak with one of them about it.
