New PowerSpec G464 Issues and I don’t live near a physical store

Bought a G464 back in mid-April, so it’s not that old, and have had minor issues with it being able to cold boot or restart regularly consistently with only the DOCP/XMP profile enabled for the RAM in the UEFI/BIOS. Read online that this is a more commonly occurring issue with the particular ASUS Tuf X570 WiFi board in the machine. One of the things suggested was to manually put in the DOCP/XMP profile timings and leave the rest of the settings on auto. Additionally I have updated/flashed and even re-flashed the UEFI BIOS. Nothing keeps the system stable. There is no OC of the CPU, nothing else has been changed. The system still either will hang on sleep (Orange/Red status LED on the mobo, the second LED of the four) or it will hang on the second LED on POST 3 times and then finally boot into Windows. From my research it was possible I got a bad bin on my chips for my RAM modules to not even run DOCP/XMP stable, so I ordered a set of 2x8GB Crucial 3600Mhz CL16 to test if my issues were fully RAM related because of the cheaper RAM used in the pre-built. Before I have even received the new RAM, today on normal and planned reboot, I’m now getting consistently a hang on POST on the third status LED (white color) which is because the board can’t detect VGA/Video. I cleared/reset the UEFI BIOS with the jumper and that didn’t work. I pulled the CMOS battery for 30 mins with power disconnected which also didn’t work. I re-seated and swapped/tested both the 5700xt and an ASUS ROG STRIX 2070 Super...both of which gave me the same POST error.
I’m really frustrated and pretty sad, because I saved a lot for finally being able to get a new machine and it didn’t even last 2 months... I’m assuming the board is bad and not the power supply because multiple video cards bring the same result, and the card’s RGB LEDs light up and fans spin on power up during POST, so I am pretty sure the card is getting necessary power from the two 6+2 plugs. Any advice and/or recourse for me would be greatly appreciated... going to really suck being stuck at home without a computer for however long it takes to resolve this issue, especially since live over 8 hours away from the closest MC in Tustin (bought this online).

Hello @Jordan_T
Is this a custom built you made or is this a prebuilt/PowerSpec like the one mentioned in the OP?
