PC Build will not turn back on after shutdown

I built a PC using the X570-Plus Motherboard. I completed the build yesterday, and it booted up and everything was normal. I noticed the Power Button on the Case was being unresponsive, and so I manually turned off my PC through the Shut Down application. Now, I cannot turn on my PC but the motherboard is glowing - no fans are spinning in either the power supply or the motherboard. Advice?

If the power button is unresponsive, it sounds like it may not be plugged in or there's something wrong with the button.
The first thing I'd do is double check that the front-panel cables are plugged in properly to your motherboard. Unplug and re-plug them if they are, just to be safe. I'd also read through this troubleshooting guide we put together:

Yeah. I have been messing with the Front Panel Cables. I tried using a screw driver, but I don't know if I am doing it correctly or not.

You shouldn't need to do anything with a screwdriver for the front panel cables. They just slide onto the front panel header.
