Buying a new laptop

Hi, I recently made a reservation for a new laptop and was informed it is ready for pick up. I cannot get in touch with anyone and I don’t know how to make an appointment to come get it. I also wanted to ask if someone could help me set it up because I need to use it to work from home. It has been very difficult to get any answers. Thank you.

Hello @Chrissy! Welcome to the Community. 

An appointment is not required to come to the store, you can walk in during normal hours. If the store is very busy and there's a line you may have to wait, just speak with the greeter at the front door to put your name in. Otherwise if we're not busy, you'll be able to just come inside and come to the pickup desk.
