sticky macpro keypad
I just got my macpro last week and some of my keypad got sticky, mailed it to apple and they said they found liquid contact on the keypad and i can either pay $1494 for repair or get in touch with a technician. I am really confused rn

We are an Apple service provider, if you'd like to bring it to your local Micro Center store we can take a look at it and see if we find the same thing as Apple. If it was purchase from us, we could potentially look at doing a return/exchange, but given Apple's findings you'll want to speak to a manager about it to be safe.
