Display/Mouse Not Receiving Signal

My computer appears to boot up however my mouse and both of my screens do not receive any signal and are not usable. My headset, external speakers, and keyboard all light up.

Here is what I have tried so far:
1) checked for loose connections.
2) disconnected and reconnected the power
3) moved devices to different USB ports. All ports seem functional for the headset and keyboard.
4) disconnected and reconnected the monitors to different ports on the graphics card
5) swapped 3 different (corsair, logitech, standard) mice with no change in result.

If I take it in to Microcenter, it's a 3 week turn around. I don't have that kind of time and my work is on this PC. Any thoughts? The motherboard seems like the only common denominator.

Oh it is a Powerspec G505.

Since you have already tried different ports and cables for the video card, I would agree that there is likely a hardware issue with the system.
