Battery on my Lenovo Idea pad won't charge

Hi, I bought my computer at Micro center a few years ago.  My battery won't charge so I always have to have plugged in to use.  It's not a battery that can be easily replaced.  Can I bring in to have you take a look and see if you can replace the battery?  Thanks.

Hello @Dawn_S_16! Welcome to the Community. 

We are a Lenovo service provider, so we will probably be able to help with this, as long as the laptop isn't too old. We might carry the battery on the shelf, but if not we can see if we're able to order one.
