New laptop

Mike in tech has had my laptop for almost 2 weeks. I bought it new in January from your store. I want a new computer. I don't want this pile of crap. It started failing in March. I removed all updates and it worked until i brought it in at the beginning of June. I have purchased quite a few computers from your store. Treat me like a valued customer. Call me with the details on my replacement laptop.
