Hello @Bojinrx! Normally this is something we'd refer you to your local store for, but since you've already gone that route, I'm going to open up a ticket so we can see what options we have from our end here. We'll reach out to you later, probably via email. It may take a few days, just let us know if you have any other questions.

Sounds good. Thanks for helping me out.

I have a Powerspec 650 semi-modular PSU (https://www.microcenter.com/product/485312/powerspec-650-watt-80-plus-bronze-atx-semi-modular-power-supply) and need assistance finding a SATA power cable.

Greetings @cypher50
For replacement modular cables, it would be best to visit the service department at your local Micro Center and we can assist you with obtaining replacement parts. If that's not possible, let us know and we can help you find replacements another way. -

I am also looking for replacement modular cables my nearest store is an hour or more away. I have no clue where the ones I had went and am looking to get just one or two cables to supply fans on my new case(from Microcenter) power.
-
I have been to the store 4 times for this same issue. Microcenter built my computer for me and all the parts were purchased at MicroCenter. It was beautiful. However, there were no extra cables for power to the SATA drives when I received it. Two came in the box. One was installed and I suppose the other discarded. However, I bought three additional drives there yesterday. I brought them home. That is when I found out there were no extra cables in the empty PS 650BSM drive box. So I went to the store. Explained the situation. They gave me a cable. Didn't work - it was the wrong type for that power supply. I went back two other times. The last time was this morning. They said there were no cables in the back because they usually throw them away. I can't purchase them. I can't do anything but rebuy my power supply. Can you help? I should have to do this.

Typically PSU's do not have spare or sold separate cables. It's possible that some 3rd party sellers may offer an option for you. Most of what we carry would be extension kits. I'd be happy to reach out to our store management to see if we do have any alternatives!

I have a PS 650BSM as well and need SATA power cables. I can't believe there isn't any standardization on this front. it's absurd. Wondering if I need to get a new PSU just to get cables that work for it.
-
Hi, I am similarly in need of new cables for a PS 750BSM PSU. I’m too far away to head into a store to ask about these and I was wondering if there is anywhere I can purchase these online.

Hello @Vader19695 Please expect an email from us. We'd love to get more info from you.

I am looking for a solution to this problem as well. I have a PowerSpec 650W 80 Plus Gold and i'm looking for replacement cables for SATA. I didn't personally buy it and it didn't come with the cables itself.
-
Hello, @Williams I've responded to your other discussion. Please check there!
-
I have bought a PSX 850GFM and a PS 750BSM and I need another PCI power cable for both and have lost the cable bags in a move, I have contacted the store and they said they can't help me.
-
-
I'm also looking for a solution, I bought a tower second hand with a PS 650BSM unit, and it didn't have any of the 3 Sata/Molex/Floppy cables, I contacted the store and was told they don't sell them or have them in store to give individually.
-
I have this same power supply and can not use any hard drive but the m2 because I do not have the extra sata cables. I would also like the molex cables I should have received :(
-
Greetings. Did you buy this power supply from our store directly?
Regarding the hard drive cables, if you have a m.2 drive, it doesn't need a SATA cable. Those drives would screw into your motherboard slot directly.
If you are using a SATA hard drive, one cable will come from the power supply, and a SATA cable such as https://www.microcenter.com/product/308757/evercool-right-angle-7-pin-sata-female-connector-to-straight-angle-7-pin-sata-female-connector-data-cable-18-in-red would be a separate purchase to go from the drive to motherboard.

Hi there @TSPhillipT , I have the PowerSpec 850w Gold (SKU 993071) and trying to get a Molex cable for it. Any options?
-
Hello, did you buy this new from one of our stores? I am seeing molex connectors should be included with the power supply.
-
Yes I did, and it does come with 1 cable with 4 molex connectors. I need an additional cable. Based on the pinout though it appears to follow the same as many corsair. I'll buy one of those and to some voltage checks to verify.
-
I bought a PS 750-BS used and it didn't come with the plug-in cables and looking for new ones to power hard drives. Help please :)
-
The cables aren't sold separately, they are only sold directly with the power supplies themselves.
-
I've been using m.2 for my system built and now need the modular cables to connect to a sata and realized that my psu did not come with the cables. The psu was purchased directly instore. My googling lead me here if anyone can assist me that would be great.
