PowerSpec G464 - USB-C Not Working

Hello! I purchased this prebuilt on Saturday and it's handling all my programs great so far. But there's a few issues that are frustrating and the latest and most important one now is the USB-C port is not working.

I've tried 3 different USB-C devices, including an adapter and simple phone charging cable, and none of them work. The connection itself doesn't feel secure either. Anyway I'm bummed! It wouldn't be an issue but my wireless headphones are USB-C and I'm not able to use them.

Am I missing something obvious, like installing a drive? Hopefully you can shed some light. I appreciate it.

I should mention - no error messages popup in my notifications. It doesn't register anything.

I've run a sfc scannow command and it didn't find any violations. Also, here is a screenshot of the universal serial bus controllers - none of these indiciate they are the USB-C?  Please any help is appreciated.

Hello @Jordan_T! Welcome to the Community. 

You're referring to the USB-C port on the back of the motherboard, correct? The first thing I'd do is download/install all the motherboard drivers for your computer. The G464 uses the ASUS X570 TUF Gaming Plus (Wi-Fi). You can download drivers for that board from ASUS here:

If you download them from ASUS' website, download the Chipset, Audio, LAN, Wireless, and Bluetooth to cover all your bases. You can also get them on our website here, if you search for your Powerspec model number:

Hopefully that will get it up and running, if not let us know and we'll see what other options we have.
