Unacceptable- Unable to contact Denver store by phone during business hours

Does this company want my money?  I have some questions about my order that I need to speak to a live person about, yet when I call the Denver store during their business hours, I get the same phone message that the hold queue is full, and my call cannot be answered.  Never ever seen a retailer act like this before.  Really disappointed in Micro Center, as I'm trying to avoid the Amazon beast with my purchases, but if this is how they treat their customers, I'm going to take my business elsewhere
