So 2 questions, It says opened box does that mean it’s new and the box has been opened or is it used and also if I reserve something how long do I have to pick it up

Open-box items are new products that were opened, then returned by a customer. While it would technically be "used," unless it specifies some type of damage or missing part or something along those lines, it should be in essentially new condition.
As for reservations, you have three days to pick them up once they're confirmed.
