I purchased in-store a Creality Ender 3 Pro 3D printer about a week ago. Unit is currently online at a lower price, is it possible to get a price adjustment?

We do offer price protection within 30 days of a purchase. Can you confirm your method of payment? If it was paid via credit card, we can just get a message to our store managers and they'll adjust it. If it was paid via debit or cash, you'll need to come back into the store to have the transaction adjusted.

Since you used your credit card this can be done remotely, but can you please text us directly with your reference number and a link to the competitor. Please do not post the information here online. Once we get your text message we will get everything squared away for you.
