PC wont boot after force restart and AIO

I would appreciate any help on my problem:
I installed an AIO today and the PC worked fine afterwards. However, i force restarted after my screen froze and now the system will not boot. The monitor screen does not show anything. My mouse is also doing this weird thing where it will power on and then off after 1-2 seconds. I tried re-seating my RAM, but that also did not help.

I built this PC 4 weeks ago and it was working fine until now.

Ryzen 5 3600x
EVGA RTX 2060
ASUS PRIME-B450 PLUS MOBO
EVGA 80+ 500W PSU
16gb ddr4 3200mhz RAM
500 gb nvme

Greetings. First thing I would double check all your connections to make sure something hasn't come loose during install if it is not powering up correctly at all after a recent install.
