Micro Center's Atari Raspberry Pi kit

I just purchased the Atari Retro Gaming Kit for the Raspberry Pi. Put it all together, fired it up, it asked me for a Wi-Fi password, and it gave me the warning message that it would overwrite data as it downloaded. It started downloading, and in the 30 to 40% range gave me an error message. I attempted to re-download the files, it only gives me multiple error messages and won't do anything. I unplugged and restarted it, and it can't even get to the download screen, it hangs on loading arcade assets. There is no information online for what to do from this point. This was the first Raspberry Pi project I've ever done, mainly because it was supposed to be so easy and stress-free with everything I needed right out of the box. I could use some help!

    Greetings Steve,

Which errors did you get during these downloads? You should be able to factory reset by powering down the Pi, holding shift, and then power it back on. It will take you to a recovery screen to redo the setup.
