How can I get a repair status online?
Since all lines are busy, how can I get repair status online? I don't see where I can enter my repair order #. That would be handy.

Seriously. It seems like it would make more sense to log a job when it comes and update it periodically where it can be viewed by the client, as opposed to having to track things manually and have reps personally respond to client calls, especially when it takes them away from more productive tasks.

The page doesn't provide a whole lot of detail however. If you need more specific information than that page gies, of course we can look it up and check the notes, or get a message to the service desk to have them reach out to you when available.
