New B744, Intel Optane Memory Manager

Intel Optane Memory Manager set to Manual in services.msc and in task manager its stopped.  Should this not be automatic and running ??

No, the B744 isn't using Intel Optane memory so this service should not be enabled. Intel Optane is a high speed, relatively tall storage cache. It's primarily meant to accelerate slower mechanical drives. You have an NVME drive on this system.

Thanks !! I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be activated or not.  I did notice that Intel's Optane app wasn't installed which probably should have been a clue for as to why it was set to manual.
