In 2012 I bought a Dell Alienware desktop computer with 2 ASUS Monitors can't upload Windows 10. How is the best way to update my system? Can I just get a new box and still use my monitors? What is my best option. I run a small real estate business off of it.

Yes, you can re-use your monitors if you were to get a new computer.
As for your Alienware, do you have the model number or do you know the specs for the system? Even if Windows 10 isn't officially supported by Dell on it, you may still be able to install it and have it work, there could just be potential compatibility issues.
