There's two things I noticed:
First, it looks like your CPU power connections on the top left of your motherboard might be loose, double checked they're plugged in all the way and snug.
Second, your front panel connectors don't look like they're plugged in correctly. I'm assuming the one that is vertical is for the power button, but usually motherboards require you to have that cable plugged in horizontally. What kind of motherboard are you using? In the motherboard manual, there should be a page that has a full picture of the front panel connector that shows which pins are which. -
Yes I have check the manual and that what it says to do and it is working the motherboard I’m using is the rog strix b450-f gaming

Also the power button is working just fine

When I have it up and running it looks like everyone is getting power but nothing like my keyboard and mouse and my Monitor aren’t getting a signal

I did pull up the manual, and technically, the power switch pins are horizontal not vertical. However, since that bottom pin is just another ground for the reset switch, it doesn't actually matter anyway, it works the same. If you're getting all fans and lights, we actually already have a couple of guides that go over all the troubleshooting steps for these kinds of issues:
https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/2818/tech-article-how-to-troubleshoot-a-newly-built-pc-that-will-not-post-boot-power-on
https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/2850/what-to-do-if-your-new-desktop-or-monitor-shows-a-blank-screen-on-first-boot
If you can make it through those two guides, and you still can't get a display on your screen, either something has been assembled incorrectly, or there's a compatibility/hardware issue causing it not to boot. Read through those first and see if you can get it up and running.
