It looks like the order isn't in FedEx's hands yet, we can get a message to our warehouse to have the order pulled before it's sent out. If we're unable to and you still don't want the product, you can try to refuse the delivery. If you can't do that, we can help you out with getting it returned to us, just let us know one way or the other.

Looks like this was a pick-up order. Those automatically cancel after three days actually so that'll go through after tomorrow.

Id like to cancel an order. I waited on hold on the phone for 20 minutes, and a few minutes before someone picked up is when i got a shipment notification. I was told i cannot cancel once my order has been labeled as shipped, i would have contacted sooner but again waited on hold on the phone for 20 minutes, and the online help chat is MIA

I apologize for the long hold times, I was able to use your email and look up your order and it does show that FedEx does have it at this moment.  With the package being in FedEx's hands, we have not way of pulling it away from them and our best recommendation is refusing the delivery.
