How can I transfer data from 3.5 diskettes to my computer HD? do you have a USB device to do so?

Greetings. To read floppy disks, you would want to look into a USB reader for them, such as: https://www.microcenter.com/product/283949/bytecc-slim-black-usb-external-floppy-disk-drive
You'd just plug this in to any USB ports and insert those disks and it should read them.
