I need to have someone look at my 5 year old custom built computer. It is lagging bad and completely freezes up the computer when I try to launch a game.

I was just wondering if the store is open for me to talk with someone and get it looked at that day, or if it is only open for me to drop off the computer and pick it up later?

Yes we are able to look at computers for repairs. An appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx Otherwise please visit the store with the computer and charger/power cable for assistance, store hours are 10am until 7pm Mon-Sat, 11am-6pm Sun. 

Due to limited staffing and high demand for our service department at most locations, we are unable to provide an accurate turnaround time. This information can only be provided by a technician at the time of drop off.
