Forgotten PIN
Options
New Lenovo I sign on with fingerprint now asking for my pin. I did not write it down apparently. How do I unlock?

Underneath the box where you can enter a pin, you may have an option that says "I forgot my pin." If it's there, click it and you can use the password to do a reset. Alternatively, there may be a button that gives you other sign in options where you can try to use the password instead.
