First $700-$800 Budget gaming PC

I play on do some gaming like GTA 5, RDR 2, Minecraft and a few others. But would also like to be able to stream.

Would I be ok with only 8gbs of ram?

I also would be interested in Playing some Bethesda games like Fallout and Skyrim.

Greetings. Looking over your build, you can easily save some money on a power supply, and get one that will still support your system just fine. With that difference I would recommend getting a better processor for the money difference and switch to a Ryzen 3600.
As for RAM, 16GB of RAM is recommended for most newer games, so we would not recommend to drop from that, it really won't save you much with current RAM prices anyways.
