Windows 7 Pro OS Recovery

Unable to recover OS due to hard drive failure. Microsoft says key is OEM and to contact Mircro Center. How do I get a recovery disk?

Is this a PowerSpec PC that you are referring to? We would only be able to issue a recovery disk if the PC is our brand. If that is the case then go ahead and send me a private message so I can get your personal information. You will just have to pay for shipping.
