New to Building A PC.

Hi, I have no clue in to what I am doing as to building my first PC. I thought about going with alienware but has bad reviews and I like the see through cases and maybe a watercooled system. With anything RBG enabled.
My budget - $1500 - $2,000 with monitor
Need a build for Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Preimer Rush. Also want to be able to play and stream games on switch. Looking at the AMD 900X.

I'd look over that first. Photoshop relies pretty heavy on the GPU, so you want to strike a good balance between your CPU and GPU. This is also a gaming system, it'll handle anything you can throw at it.
