Help making sure my $1000 build will fit my needs

This is my first time choosing parts to build a PC and I'm not sure if my build will fit all my needs. I'm looking to spend around $1000 in total, including monitor and peripherals. I am a gamer playing games such as transport fever, hyperspace, apex legends, etc. I also do 3d modeling with the tool SOLIDWORKS and would like a PC that could run all of these smoothly and at higher graphics. If you could look over my build and make sure there is no where I'm going wrong I would greatly appreciate it!

The build overall looks pretty good. Since your budget is fairly tight when you have to include a monitor and peripherals, I'd recommend stepping down on your motherboard. There are quite a few B450 options that are in the $80 range that should work fine.

You can also get a GTX 1660 Super video card for the same price as the 1660 you chose, which will perform a little better, like this one: https://www.microcenter.com/product/615815/asus-geforce-gtx-1660-super-dual-overclocked-dual-fan-6gb-gddr6-pcie-30-graphics-card.

Besides that, build looks pretty good overall.

That graphics card is definitely compatible. I'm not sure why you'd need to disable the compatibility filter to add it, any graphics card would be compatible really.

I'd recommend going for the $80 G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 3600 CL 16 kit for a performance boost.
