I see they have the 27" in stock but I don't see the 32" on the website anymore.
Are they not going to have it ?

We should get more back in, it's just a matter of availability. These monitors have been pretty high demand and currently we just don't have them. If you keep an eye on the website we'll update it once they're back in, but unfortunately I don't really know when that will be.

Can you tell me how I pre0ordered this monitor in June, and microcenter got stock of it, and my pre-order still was not fulfilled?

As far as I'm aware, these monitors have been coming in batches from Samsung so we may not have had enough in the first round to fulfill your order. However, I'll get a message to our store managers for you to have them reach out about this. Let us know if you have any questions.
